Rebel Technology respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled through rebel-technology.com and the Rebel Technology Ads Assistant.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, and message. If you contact us by phone or email, we also receive the information you share. We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, and communicate with you. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the website contact form.

Website hosting, analytics, and cookies

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Hosting, security, and analytics services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and request timestamps to deliver, protect, and measure use of the website. Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality and measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls offered on this website. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

Rebel Technology Ads Assistant

The Rebel Technology Ads Assistant is being configured for authorized use with Rebel Technology’s Google Ads account. You do not need to connect a Google account to browse our website or contact us.

When connected with an account user’s authorization, the assistant is intended to access advertising-account information such as campaign settings, advertising assets, budgets, and performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, costs, and reported conversions. The permissions granted through Google determine the access available. This information is used to analyze campaign performance and support authorized advertising-account management, not to provide a public Google-account service.

Advertising reports provided by an authorized user can also be analyzed before an API connection is established. Relevant report information may be processed by technology and AI service providers used to produce that analysis. Account access credentials are used to maintain the authorized connection and are handled separately from reports.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data may be used only for the authorized service and permitted supporting purposes; this policy does not authorize its use for advertising targeting, resale, or training general-purpose AI models.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, communications, computing, analytics, and requested services. In the case of advertising-report analysis, this can include AI processing providers. Processing may occur outside your state or country, depending on the provider. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, respond to lawful requests, or investigate abuse.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, ongoing service needs, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. We have selected a 90-day retention target for downloaded raw advertising reports; automated deletion is not yet in place, so reports may currently remain until reviewed and removed. Saved analyses and connection credentials are separate from raw reports and may remain while needed for the authorized service.

No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use an agreed secure method, rather than our contact form, when sharing sensitive service information.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your request, and applicable law or legitimate recordkeeping requirements may limit what can be deleted.

An authorized Google account user can revoke the assistant’s access through Google account connections. Revocation stops future access under that authorization; it does not itself delete previously retained reports or analyses. Contact us to request deletion of retained account information and connection credentials.

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The last-updated date above identifies the current version.
